All items are made to order. All care is given to ensure your items are made in a timely fashion, Please allow up 21 days for production plus postage time.
EXCHANGES
No refunds are given unless an item is proven to be faulty. I will happily alter or exchange your item if faulty. Item must return in original condition within 14 days at buyers expense. No refunds or exchanges given for change of mind.
POSTAGE
I only offer tracked postage through Australia Post. Once package has been marked as sent, I am not responsibke for lost or stolen items.
